The price of Ethereum is not meeting expectations, at least for now. As the world’s second most valuable cryptocurrency struggles to excite investors, its co-founder Vitalik Buterin is focusing on ambitious projects that could shake up the future. Vitalik Buterin clearly announced Ethereum’s big ambitions at the Global Blockchain Summit on October 17 in Shanghai. Among the priorities: exceed 100,000 transactions per second through layer 2 solutions, they enable cross-chain transfers in less than two seconds and unify the user experience.
